I have two version off the same database, how can i create script from versionning

You can use "Dashboard" button, when database version is selected, than update script is shown. More documentation, also with more possibilities, how to generate script, will be available with nearest BETA version planned next week. With current version, only update scripts from version n to version n+1 can be generated.

The latest BETA version,
The latest BETA version, 5.3.0 supports generating upgrade/downgrade script (context menu on versioned DB, command Generate SQL). There are lot of possibilities of generating similar as when generating SQL of database object.
